In what ways?
I find the life on our planet beautiful and I am always searching ways to support mother nature and conscious living in order to maintain health for both ourselves and our ecosystem.
That's why I decided to partner up with two very inspiring and powerful non-profit organizations that each have their unique instruments to support earth and the creatures that roam her. Hillow will donate ten percent of her profit to one of the carefully selected non profit organizations.
I also think that it is important to use ethically sourced materials to create offline content and design. I love to partner up with printing houses that support this and I always inform my clients of all the sustainable options available.
Adopteerregenwoud is a Dutch non-profit organization that works hard to preserve the rainforest in Costa Rica.. With every €2.50 they receive, they guarantee the purchase and protection of one square meter of rainforest. When rainforest is adopted, Adopteerregenwoud immediately includes it in the Costa Rican forest law. This makes cutting or thinning punishable. They are also present locally to guarantee protection. In addition, Adopteerregenwoud has set up a research center on site. Students from all over the world can come here to do research on plants and animals.
Sheltersuit is a non-profit organization that believes that everyone deserves warmth, protection, and dignity. That’s why Sheltersuit designs and manufactures multi-functional products that provide immediate shelter
to people experiencing homelessness.
This is not a replacement for finding a home, but a supplement when you have no other choice. No one deserves the horrible fate of freezing to death because they can’t afford proper protective clothing.
