In de zomer van 2022 is Dave begonnen met het organiseren van kruiden wildpluk wandelingen in Den Haag, Westduinpark, waar hij de basis van wildplukken en kruidengeneeskunde deelt aan liefhebbers van over de hele wereld.
Om door de mooiste wandel routes te reizen, om van elkaar te leren en de verbinding met de aarde te voelen. Dat is wat Dave inspireert om deze wildpluk wandelingen te (blijven) doen.
HILLOW had het genoegen Dave te vergezellen en de magische momenten van de Medicine Walk vast te leggen.
Dit vond ik zon bijzonder fijne samenwerking en echt een heel intrigrerend project om aan te werken.
Ik heb mijn best gedaan om de onderzoekende dynamiek van de groep, de verwondering, Dave in zijn natuurlijk habitat als verteller en guide en de kleine details te fotograferen.
